It was my first time coming here because I needed my Louis Vuitton scarf dry cleaned.

I got my scarf back a week later and the Louis Vuitton official tag with cleaning instructions on the inside of my scarf was completely gone. I reached out and they said they would check the machine... they called back and nothing was found.

My scarf feels very unofficial without the tag. I wasn't even offered an apology or refund.

DO NOT COME HERE. Especially with designer items because they will not be handled carefully.

i had a problem with this cleaners. i took my clothes there and my favorite red polo shirt went missing and a pair of jeans. i asked the guy what happened to them and he said he didn't know and he said he didnt take it because he doesn't wear my size but a few weeks later i brought another polo shirt just to give to him and he said he didnt fit it and i asked him what size he wears and he said my size!!! ??? i did a lot of business with them and wanted to continue but now i have to find a new cleaners.

Got here last week to alter my pants, as it turns out it is still too long like it feels the same length. I tried to return it and they dont want to redo their work. They want to charge again. Really Bad experience and service with these shop. 0 stars for me.
