“I was actually wanting to use a small business local in Alameda but the one I called didn’t offer a post protection as Stanley Steemer did with Deodorize, Clean & Protect and since I have 2 large dogs, went with SS even though they were initially higher in cost. After they arrived and Oscar looked at what needed to be done, he mentioned the cost would be less than what the website had for the initial quote.

I have course accepted and in about an hour, they finished two rooms and two staircases Nice and quick and it looked great I would definitely use SS again.

They have cleaned everything from my carpets to area rugs to my windows and even the interior seats of my car when my dog had an accident in the backseat and the smell would not come out. “The stairs going from the bottom floor to the second floor was utterly disgusting. We have had taken care of my mom's 2 dogs when she was sick and then we now have our 2 dogs. All of them have used the bottom of the stairs as a toilet or place to puke. We just need to eventually get rid of the carpeting but in the meantime we hired Elmer's.
