First time getting my hair done, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and will make the best recommendations for your hair. I appreciate your amazing customer service and giving me this fresh appearance.
This Spa is neat and clean.. Staff is co oprative. They also offer you other services in the room. They charge 50 USD / Hour for massage, its 10 USD cheaper than other Spa near by. Overall it is just ok.
After purchasing a Groupon for 60 min Swedish Massage & 60 minute European Facial , I made an appointment and went in, Greeted by Nina, she said Anna would be doing my massage and she would do my facial after, well Anna was not very good at all, I've had many massages and this was definitely not a Swedish Massage. She did her own thing, not deep tissue massage either , I told her I had sciatica and told her I have tendonitis in my shoulder blade, she kept saying no English, I really enjoyed my facial with Nina, it was great, left my face so soft & moisturized. I asked Nina if Anna was licensed, she said yes but I don't see how.. if I go back it will be for a facial with Nina only.
