I've found that their business tactics have turned extremely shady. Anyone reading this, I suggest you get a contract before authorizing them to go to your home as they will pretend to not have the parts needed for the job, and jack up the price / time spent on the job site. My latest experience with Roto Rooter includes them doing work that wasn't needed / not fixing the plumbing issue, and hiking up the price. 3x they visited the property and didn't fix the actual cause. I had to hire another company that fixed it immediately. When asking about the work done and if some of it was actually needed, their office secretary Jon turned very argumentative. Bad look. But it seems that's his usual encounter with his customers based on his responses to reviews online. Be very careful when choosing to work with them. There are many other reliable and trusting plumbers in Lake and Mendocino county.

Appreciate having people that can do a variety of plumbing related stuff AND show up on time.But this is the 2nd time I've been left with dirt stains on towels or rugs that do not come out in the wash. PLEASE have your people use protective booties AND bring plenty of towels and rags - do not use customer's.Leaves customers not happy.

My experience was NOT GOOD. I took a whole day off work for an appt that was supposed to be 9am-12pm. Well by 2:00pm there was no call no show. I called the office several times to find out if/when they would be out--the response was a canned "he will call you when he is heading out to your place". I had another appt at 2:30pm, so as I was leaving the house for that appt the guy called to come out--I told him I was heading out after waiting two hours PAST time he was supposed to be there. He said ok I will call you Monday afternoon and we can meet at your property. Never heard from him again--horrible service. Little do they know I manage a 15,000 sq ft building (Company that employees over 500 people and word WILL GET OUT how bad this companies service is) that could of been a money maker for them--but I WILL NOT GIVE any business to this company!
