Great service at a great price! My hard drive was failing. John replaced the drive and transferred all my files & data to the new drive, much of which had to be done by hand as my old drive was badly corrupted. John then worked with me to recreate all desired settings and to ensure my printer worked as well. All for less than the original estimate. VERY satisfied! I highly recommend Respectech.

This morning my work computer would not power on. I had used it yesterday and nothing had happened to it between then and now that would have damaged it. My business is going into it's busiest time and I was panicked that I had lost all my information. I went over to RespecTech and they found the problem was simple! They fixed it and told me how to take care of it if it happened again while I was standing there. VERY, VERY, VERY GRATEFUL! Took my laptop in with what I thought was a complex problem. It turned out to be pretty minor. They not only educated me and fixed my computer while I waited, all they asked for was a donation. I'll never go anywhere else.
