Why should I contact "[email protected]" when I have already provided feedback to the lab, to the Patient Relations person, to the supervisor of the Patient Relations? Not once, not twice, but basiclly monthly for 9 months. Again, Adventist is incompetent with tracking, filing, entering, saving and finding faxed lab orders. Why don't you just FIX THE PROBLEM?
If your going to have someone deal with the general public, it's usually a good thing that they can clearly speak the language. 2 minutes of talking at me and I think I deciphered 4 words. Kind of hard to get checked in, when you can't communicate who you are or what your doing there. I had to deal with security just to get my surgery, last time I ever schedule anything here.
Worst service possible. Nobody cares but they act like they do. constantly being told the wait was due to computer error. No communication between dr office, pavilion and techs doing tests. Go to another hospital.
