Cracked my iPhone SE screen over the weekend and needed it repaired. They gave me an estimate of the time and money, and they delivered as promised. Plus they were about $20 cheaper than the competition ($135 v. $155). Highly recommended!

Pete and his team came through for me and I appreciate having a local business that I can count on. They replaced the front screen on my iPhone XS for an extremely fair price. After Mendo TechNet's warranty expired, I had several issues with the phone, including random rebooting. Apple tried to convince me it was because of the cracked back screen & only wanted to sell me another phone. Mendo TechNet offered to replace the front screen a second time & check the battery to help me diagnose the root cause before further investing. The new screen solved all of the problems and I only had to pay a nominal fee. All the communication I had with Pete, Cassie and others was great, and I highly recommend giving them a try!

I brought my phone here to have the screen repaired. I had purchased SquareTrade insurance and wasn't really sure what to expect. After I filed a claim, they allowed me to go to a local place to get the screen repaired. The young gentlemen were very professional and nice. When I walked into their office they had nice desks set up and I could see where they were working. I had a few questions, which they had the answers to. I felt comfortable leaving my phone with them because they really seemed like they knew what they were doing. When I got my phone back It was done so well. I was afraid that my camera may have been damaged and they said they would look at it for me. It wasn't, thank goodness. I am really happy with the result and the service. I wouldn't take my phone anywhere else to be replaced.
