Top notch treatment and he really takes his time to listen to his patients. He fixed me right up and will let you know what you need to do to fix any core issues found. He takes most insurances including medical! He is the best in Ukiah.

I threw out my back after a mega sneeze (sucks getting older!) and was in crazy pain for two days. Went to see Dr Diaz and he carefully worked on me M-W-F and after three visits my back was dramatically better. Dr Diaz suggested lots of stretching exercises and he kindly emailed me a video showing how to stretch properly. It was my first ever visit to a chiropractor and I'm glad I went.Thomas A.Ukiah, CA

So I have been to several chiropractic doctors and they all have had decent results but would be very short term relief. I was recommended by a friend about 2 years ago to James Diaz and I have been going to him ever since . I find that he has different methods of adjusting that I did not receive anywhere else. I do believe that this is why now my pain relief is much more long lasting. I have weeks if not longer where I do not have any pain at all and if anything comes back it's just tightness. He has always been good at taking last minute appointments for me and helping me get back to having no pain or discomfort. I'm sure not everyone gets the same results... read full review
