“We can't say enough good things about Redwood Restoration! They truly went above and beyond our expectations. From the start, their customer service was amazing, and they were always quick to respond.

We had a tricky situation in one of our apartments at Redwood Meadows Apartments —there was a terrible smell of cigarette smoke in an apartments. We tried everything we could think of, from washing the walls, doors, and ceiling with TSP, to painting with KILZ Paint Primer, and adding a final coat of paint. We even attempted to use a smoke bomb, but that just made things worse!

Then Redwood Restoration came to the rescue! They stepped in when we had a had a prospective tenant who couldn't move in because the smell was so bad.

They were incredibly generous, coming out not once but twice to tackle the issue. The first time they used their initial technique, and they even came back to perform their Ozone Treatment. What a relief! The tenant was super happy with the outcome, and they really saved the day for us.

It started out with the draft person/architect Gary Fair. Easy to work with and after a couple of meetings, he was able to put our thoughts to paper, making improvements as we progressed.
Bill Christiansen has a young crew who knew what to do with very little supervision.
His son Justin, had a firm understanding with the project and the possible issues that could take place with the project as it progressed. Excellent, works well with his crew and knows when to step in to support them. The crew is great.
Bill and Justin have an excellent work relationship with their subcontractors.
The project may have been small in the entire scheme of things, but it included all of the major trades: plumbing, electrical, roofing, drywall, and tile.
They all worked and solved any issues that come up.
