Steve from Sunland inspection was amazing. He took his time to photograph, and report on everything. He even used a drone to get to areas that he physically couldn’t get to. He was on time and spent hours on the property. We ended up with a full detailed report of everything about the property. I highly recommend Sunland inspection.

Amazing attention to detail. I received an entire education about how houses “work”. He really wanted us to understand the systems of the house and all the possibilities. So very thorough. No stone left unturned. Highly recommend.
