I'm an out-of-towner whose iPhone battery has been a nightmare. At my appointment, Eric advised a simpler solution that was 25% of the original (reasonable) estimate, and he said I could call on Monday if I want the original ask, discounted by today's expense, so how can you beat that? Moreover, I admire Eric's physical setup, his customer service skills, the way he works, and how he explained to me what he was doing and why. This was a genuine five star experience, thank you, Eric!
I brought my phone here in a panic because it had fallen in the toilet the day before, and was restarting every 2 minutes. The owner was super nice and accommodating; I called and was talking very fast because I only had 2 minutes before my phone would restart, so he let me come over. In person he took a look at my phone and gave me my options based on his honest opinion. My wife's phones screen went black and wouldn't show any picture. The gentleman was very nice to see us Even though we didn't have an appointment. He was able to reset her phone and got it working again 100% recommend!!
