I'm an out-of-towner whose iPhone battery has been a nightmare. At my appointment, Eric advised a simpler solution that was 25% of the original (reasonable) estimate, and he said I could call on Monday if I want the original ask, discounted by today's expense, so how can you beat that? Moreover, I admire Eric's physical setup, his customer service skills, the way he works, and how he explained to me what he was doing and why. This was a genuine five star experience, thank you, Eric!
I brought my phone here in a panic because it had fallen in the toilet the day before, and was restarting every 2 minutes. The owner was super nice and accommodating; I called and was talking very fast because I only had 2 minutes before my phone would restart, so he let me come over. In person he took a look at my phone and gave me my options based on his honest opinion. I was very grateful for him taking the time to share all the info with me about my options, he even looked up different prices for me for parts or getting a new/used phone, gave me a detailed estimate of what it would cost to fix the phone and how long, helped me compare costs/weigh options, told me what he would do if he was me and was overall extremely patient and helpful. After his explanations I ended up deciding to not fix my phone as it wouldn't be guaranteed to work with water damage, and get a new/used one elsewhere for a similar price instead. Which was not a good decision for him as he loses business in this one instance, but he has absolutely gained a future customer with his integrity and transparency. My wife's phones screen went black and wouldn't show any picture. The gentleman was very nice to see us Even though we didn't have an appointment. He was able to reset her phone and got it working again 100% recommend!!
