The technician was professional, friendly, polite, explain options and pricing. Only objection I have is their PVC pricing starts at $800 even when it was a small fix like capping the pipe
Each repair should be priced accordingly not by policy

I had a great experience working with Hi-Desert. They were responsive and really listened to my concerns. Victor was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He explained what was necessary and why. I will definitely reach out in the future for plumbing needs.

I had a gas leak on my water heater. I called at 4:01 pm on a Friday . The lady who took my call was super polite and upfront about the emergency cost before dispatching the tech. Dave and Victor came had it fixed and left before 5pm. They even verified the water pressure for the house before they left. I highly recommend them.
