Krystal Clear Cleaning

I booked a cleaning service thru Krystal Clear Cleaning and thought all was good up until cleaning day. That morning I got a text from the cleaner explaining that she would be about an hour late. No problem. About an hour later, I get a phone call from the main office asking if I would be okay paying for the cleaner's gas to get to my house (it's about an 18 mile drive from where the cleaner lived to where my house is located). I explained that I would not be willing to pay for the gas since it was never mentioned in my original quote and that she was asking for this extra charge on the day of my cleaning. To make a long story short, the lady refused to drive out to my house even after the main office told her they would cover the gas charge. This was not what I expected considering I have family all coming up for the holidays. This is definitely not the way to run a business. Stay away from this company!!

Pros: very responsive and reliable! Awesome they take online payment as well! Great cleaning done overall. Cons: very expensive for the area -- Bay Area prices. Cleaner scratched my shower door and now landlord is taking out of deposit :(

Everything about this experience has been amazing! I booked online and got an immediate quote...they communicated well and showed up right when they said. Mari came to my house and she did an incredible job. I literally can't find anything I'm not happy with, the house looks and smells fantastic! I couldn't be happier with everything and will be having them every other week! I'm so excited!
