I was very satisfied with the help and the professionalism to get everything organized with saddleback. Had an amazing opportunity to work with Jim Who was excellent And courteous throughout the whole process of the funeral arranging for my father. Something amazing was the constant communication via phone and email and even after the services were over, he maintain in touch. Thank you so much
My mother lived south of LA up until her passing in late 2024 and we are out of state. We were very thankful to find this funeral home in a nice historic neighborhood with plenty of parking and easy highway access. Staff was very responsive and helpful. The minister they referred us to was so gracious and perfect for our family - he even prayed for us on our initial call. The side patio was a nice area for family and friends to converse and the piano was tuned and ready for the service. Thanks to Matthew, Justine and the Saddleback team who held our hand throughout the planning process. We highly recommend this location.
