I cannot tell you how pleased I am with Pro West Mechanical. A few years ago, I had to buy a new AC unit. I wanted to find a local company to come and do a yearly checkup for my AC/Heater. I reached out to Alex who handles the booking 6 months ago. I told her I wasn't ready, but I would be in touch. NO pressure from her which I liked that.I was finally ready, and Alex set everything up and let me know when Nick was on his way. I thought I was going to get an up sell on things I didn't need.
