“Wow, where to begin? Ok - starting with the general photos and vibe. When browsing for a photo vendor, I'd been seeing a lot of airy pictures or color that was orangey - meh. I wanted something that looked like the cover of a romance novel. A romantic vibe. During this journey, we were introduced to this Lin and Jirsa (referred by a venue I think? Not quite now). Fast forward - I had an amazing experience with Juliana for our engagement photo shoot. Honestly, I wasn't even going to do the engagement photo shoot but the more I looked at Lin and Jirsas photos the more obsessed I got. Once you commit, you fill out a questionnaire and they even ask for inspo photos, good AND bad which I thought was cool! I'm so so so happy that Juliana will be with me on my upcoming wedding day. She was really great at coaching poses, which I was super nervous about. She showed photos in real time. Might I add, it's absolutely fascinating what settings on a camera, and someone holding a lighting stick can produce. The photos she showed me in real time looked like the magic that was produced in our viewing album! She was receptive to feedback about how I felt about myself in pics. Me: "My arm looks skinnier but when my hand is on my hip but I don't want to look like I'm trying to be skinny and have the same pose so like um, I don't know what I want." Juliana "I got you! Let's try this!" No hesitation. She also was very purposeful with the photos she took. She wasn't aimlessly snapping her camera with hopes of a good one - she was intentional and thoughtful. Julianas personality was great - engaging, funny, thoughtful. Her lighting assistant Diana (I think that was her name, so sorry I don't quite remember!) was super easy going too and took the direction of whatever vision Juliana had. The support team that emails you is very nice and efficient. I feel bad that I've not gotten back to them nearly as quickly as they replied to me! The original beach we selected Victoria Beach, ended up having super high tide so when we got there, she immediately had Plan B, no time wasted. When we got to the beach, we really wanted a picture with this seal we saw on a rock (from a safe distance of course so as to not bug). It looks like CGI but she got the pic!! She was climbing over rocks and really putting in effort to get good shots! At the end of the shoot I spontaneously wanted to get in the water and she happily snapped some shots and they came out great! (Visible in my post here). If you have any thoughts or concern about the cost or if it's a good idea - ITS THE BEST IDEA, do it!!! Before I ever saw their site (well, stared at it for hours) I never knew this was something I would want, or feel comfortable with. If you're getting married and are unsure because hey, weddings are insanely expensive, remember that your pics with live forever. So just commit, enjoy the process, and look forward to being absolutely in love with the magic this company creates!“

“We have a membership with Ana to do our annual family photos and can't be happier. She is now our photographer for everything: newborn, Christmas, birthdays, just because, etc. Ana comes at a premium for a reason so make the most out of sessions with her! Do your own research like location choice, practice your poses, think about your outfits and how it will match with your background. If you do this and work with Ana you'll see all of it pay off in her shots. Her editing is also excellent work - I've requested some major edits like dress color changes and she made them look flawless enough for blown up portraits. She's been wonderful to work with and so so patient with babies and toddlers. I highly recommend and I know she's busy so I book way in advance with her.“

“The skill, patience and a love of what he does is how Dave is able to get my two "rescue" dogs to cooperate. My German Shepherd is still a very scared dog and can be reactive if pushed too far too fast. Instead, I had an angel sitting and doing what was asked of her because Dave knows how to work with rescues. I love their work so much that I'm a return customer. Seven years ago I had just one dog and we took family photos with my mom and me. So glad we did! My mom doesn't remember doing the sitting, but I have beautiful photos of her and her with my dog because of it. So glad they convinced me I should include her. Nicest photos I have of her. Sylvaine is wonderful to work with too!!! Together they make a wonderful team to work with for your photos of your most precious family members.“

The owners were on site and we're extremely helpful. They had everything setup all we had to do was shoot away. “Wow the photos Kelsey captured of my family are incredible! I didn't know what to expect with my squirmy toddler but Kelsey was so great with her and when we got the photos back they were so amazing! She has a great photographic eye and some of the candid photos Kelsey captured of my daughter looked like they could be in a print magazine! We were blown away by her talent and professionalism. “My wife and I booked Stevie for our newborn photos. My wife communicated with Stevie and everything appeared smooth- from being prepared for this shoot (she gives recommendation /tips) to directions in the studio. The studio was very clean, organized, and friendly. She was gentle with our baby girl and I was very impressed how she managed to maintain her asleep and hold poses for the photos. My wife fed her a few times during the shoot which helped to make it more smooth. Stevie was patient and kind. The preview of photos were amazing, we can't wait for the final photos!“

“Came across the carcano family business at an open house AND they came recommended by our coordinator. After chatting about what we wanted for the big day, and the family asking all the right detailed questions, I Instantly knew that they were the djs we wanted for our big day. I mean these guys seriously know what they're doing. Every meeting we had with them, I left feeling in good hands. Ryan killed it. We got so many compliments on the music at our reception. “Jennifer Gilmore is the baby and toddler whisperer for photos! We purchased the newborn package for both of my kids that includes newborn photos, 6 months sit up photos and the one year cake smash. My 3 year old son is extremely energetic and always on the go and she somehow managed to capture beautiful pictures with him and our newborn baby girl and again when she was 6 months olds Her creativity and commitment to making the coolest cake smash pictures are unmatched! My daughter was so happy and content the entire time for all 3 photo sessions. I don't how she does it! The pictures for both kids are memories we will cherish for a lifetime!
