Natsuko is the most kind hearted and wonderful person you will ever meet. I was looking around for electrolysis to prep for surgery and Natsuko was one the person I had contacted from the many other businesses. She was very responsive and answered all of my questions. During treatment she is gentle and patient with you IF there is any discomfort. She will work with you so you can get the most out of your session. Natsuko is an amazing woman. I enjoyed my time with her . She's very pleasant and very intelligent. I loved all of the information she gave . She educated me on how hair works and how we can tackle what's going on with my face and other things that maybe causing my hair growth that I can look into. The consultation treatment was no where near as painful as laser I have been getting for years . At least not for me . I understand everyone has different pain tolerance levels . Natsuko is fantastic. I feel very relaxed seeing her in a way that is rare when getting literally zapped w/ heat, but she's a very calm presence and makes you feel really comfortable. She's also just super experienced and knows what she's doing and can work on a large area quickly. Scheduling with her is easy and she's very friendly.
