He has immense knowledge on all the best materials to be used in a backyard renovation. His charisma and light hearted personality alone will have you signing a contract to work with him. Jeff is a quality contractor and a genuinely nice guy. His company JD Innovations designs and builds great patio awnings. He did ours 8 years ago. It was a creative and seamless job, no problems or issues at all. A wonderful addition to our home. And when I needed help and his advice on something regarding the patio that I was responsible for, he was all over it with speed and clarity. Plus extremely reasonable cost to remedy the problem. I was very gratified at his focus and humor when he was here. I highly recommend him for your patio job!!

Just when you think you are losing it (I.e. pool contractors literally going out of business mid project) and everything seems to be headed in a disastrous direction , in comes Jeff (JD Innovations) to save the day. Yes, we only thought we wanted their assistance for our new patio cover but what we got was so much more. To make a long review short, the day we had scheduled for Mr. Goldman to come review our plans and ideas for our new patio I was forced to tell him we'd be delayed until further notice:(. due to our ghost contractor.
