Great Staff, but Corporate Management Doesn't Seem to Care
Angelina at the Tustin location is great and always helpful, but there's nothing she can do about my complaint! I pay for the top tier tanning package, that includes 2 beds with a misting function. When the function runs out of distilled water, it can take *weeks* before it's refilled. Apparently, the local store needs authorization to purchase distilled water! That's simply poor upper management and lousy service.
Annie is the best? Her customer service is amazing. She deserves a raise. I was going to cancel my membership today,But because of Annie I changed my mind and I'm going to stay. Thank u Annie for giving great customer service. All of the employees should be trained by u?
Christian and Leah at the Irvine location are the best!! They both are very welcoming and made my tanning experience easy. Customer service is great. This location has had a lot of turn over but I truly hope these 2 stay!!!
