I am 6 years into a 4 year plan. My last debt is $1500 and I have $2200 in my account. There has been NO ACTIVITY ON MY ACCOUNT IN A YEAR. I have called them every 2 weeks no no avail. I have signed the paperwork to finish my program, I have spoken to literally every person who answers the phone and nothing has happened. They are the most unethical company on the planet, and because they are a legal form you can do NOTHING about it.DONT DO IT, WORK WITH YOUR CREDITORS DIRECTLY.

So 4 years into a 2 year program, 4 years of never missing a payment, 4 years of them asking for more and more money... I finally did the math and spent more on this program than the original debt. Best part is when I called to ask about it they laughed and agreed. They know it's a scam. Everyone else should too.

DON'T DO IT! The absolute worse experience in my financial life that i am currently living. They don't care about you at all! They will pay themselves off with almost all the money you put in to your savings. Please keep in mind, that my case isn't even that severer with under 30K enrolled in this horrible program. Lets say i get deducted $500 a month. Well they take $350 and the remaining amount goes to your savings. The savings that you're trying to build to pay off your debt. So it literally has taken me almost 20 months to have just 3K in my savings!
