“My husband and I are still going here once a week consistently for the past 3 years. The staff has changed since then but Dr. Ahn, Lee, Kim, and Hahn are all amazing and have their own techniques and methods.<br><br>Since then, I gave birth to 2 children, survived both pregnancy and post-partum symptoms. I’ve also had a sinus infection which caused TMJ flare-up/swelling in my jaw which they were able to use the acupuncture needles and massage to help me move my jaw again. They are amazing and all of the various acupuncture benefits never ceases to surprise me. From TMJ flare ups to stomach/digestive issues to sinus/congestion to snoring to chronic back problems, my husband and I have had it all resolved or improved through this place.<br><br>Our session not only includes the acupuncture needles but also the various modalities such as fire cupping or regular cupping, heat therapy, electric acupuncture, air compression massage, regular massage or acupressure points, etc. Even the assistant staff are all in school and are physical therapists or have similar training. We trust this facility and plan to continue to attend weekly as part of our self-care program for years to come.“

“I have not had a baby so can't speak about Dr. Worsch as an obstetrician, but as my gynecologist she is extraordinary. Speaks to her patient's intelligently and with caring concern. She is a 5-star physician. Dr. Worsch will refer you promptly to a specialist for related issues. As I have insurance coverage, billing has never been a concern, notwithstanding that good doctors cost a lot these days.“

“Exceeding expectations!!! I went with my sister to see Dr. Linh Nguyen for ovarian cyst. Before seeing Dr. Nguyen, we were quite worried not knowing what to expect. Even though we read up on the internet about ovarian cyst, we still had a lot of questions and anxiety. When we got there, Dr. Linh was very patient listening to our concerns. She was very detailed inquiring about our family history and my sister’s symptoms. She took the time to explain to us and answered all our questions. We never felt rushed in any way and Dr. Linh was not one bit demeaning like some doctors. She was professional and knowledgeable. At the end of the visit, we walked out feeling relieved and at ease. “Dr. Hatch is an amazing fertility doctor. I've experienced several other fertility doctors/practices so I have a decent frame of reference. Dr. Hatch runs her practice in a manner that clearly shows that she loves what she does; she brings loads of humanity to the process. She's also more precise with her cycles; she collects as many datapoints as possible through bloodwork and ultrasound (etc.) to adjust her protocol during and after cycles. Many REs are not in tune enough to do this. She's also comfortable being aggressive if medical history supports it. Both she and her assistant Andrea are generous with their time and have a refreshingly balanced bedside manner. The front and back office ladies were also pleasant and great to work with. Dr. Hatch is in demand for a reason - I'd rather bring my laptop/book and prepare for the wait than have an incompetent fertility doctor. Also know that you will receive the same focused attention when in her presence which is the primary reason why the schedule may run behind. The variable nature of fertility cycles means that the calendar and scheduling must be fluid. Fertility cycles are a time consuming process in general so be prepared. What took other doctors years to accomplish, Dr. Hatch accomplished in a few months. Dr. Hatch's "graduation" gift is very thoughtful! Dr. Hatch was a true blessing to us! I highly recommend her for all of your fertility needs.“

“Going to the gyno is never fun but we all must do it yearly. I have been going to a great Dr. in LA but needed one in Newport Beach as I have been spending more time here. Dr. Nguyen made the entire process very comfortable fromStart to finish and has a wonderful temperament and did not rush the visit as some do. I am so happy to find someone so kind and caring. The practice is great. All Women which I prefer. Highly recommend.“

“The reason I gave it my four stars isn’t because they did something wrong. The staff doctors, nurses and staff did a great job. I went in at 1 am and was done by 3 so 2 hours sounds about right. Any shorter of a visit would have not yielded results. Ver all it’s really a 4.5 star. I would return if I had to go back to an ER.“
