I was a first time patient yesterday. Visit with Stella was great. No complaints at all with her. She listened well and seems to have already come up with a good plan for treatment. Very pleased with her.
Only issue is they require all patients to have their cc info on file at all times. Due to security concerns, I asked if I could have that removed from my profile, and the response from the Dr was a flat no with basically no concern if that would make me reconsider coming back again or not. I guess they have enough patients to not care if they get new ones.

After just 2 visits with the Lam Clinic I am feeling hopeful that they can help me. I have Hashimotos Disease and have seen several other Hashimoto "experts", ND's, Integrative & Holistic practitioners but never really got anywhere except for taking a ton of supplements. The practitioners I've seen so far at the Lam Clinic make me feel like there ARE answers out there & that they'll help me get them so I can start to heal.

I wanted a functional medicine doctor to help me get to the root cause of my nearly lifelong headaches and food sensitivities, instead of a traditional doctor who would likely just prescribe medications for the symptoms. I am so glad I did! I met with Dr. Carrie Lam for the first time just over two years ago. She listened to me, answered my questions, and knew right away all the necessary tests to run. I was quickly on a plan to heal my gut, address my allergies, and improve a few other peripheral issues that were discovered along the way.
