The workmanship is outstanding, especially by the folks removing the tub (on the 3rd floor of our condo) who did not damage any of the existing floor, and the tile installers who were amazing artisans. We added a bench and glass sliding barn doors. The finished product met and exceeded our expectations.“

“I shopped around for contractors to renovate my parents' home from afar because they are aging and needed a more accommodating living space. My realtor recommended Memar so we added them to the list. Matt came by the house to walk through with me and better understand the scope of my project. Unlike others that I met, he was not pushy or insisting that we do xyz. He truly listened to what I wanted and offered insight and suggestions to improve or enhance what I was initially thinking. You can tell that he and his team are very experienced and good at what they do. Matt and his calm, friendly demeanor sold me. That and visiting the show room in Mission Viejo sealed the deal. They have everything in house if you so choose (cabinets, flooring, tiles) or if you want to pick other options, they will make it work. They can even customize whatever you desire. Max was able to give me a bid within a week and was mindful of the fixed budget I had. Although not the lowest or near the lowest, it was competitive and comparable to the others. I think Memar's was the most upfront because they didn't have hidden budget breakers like expecting the client to buy and transport all of the materials from cabinets to vanities or even baseboards to the job site. Memar takes care of this and they take care of the client. They truly make it comprehensive and eliminate unecessary potential stressors for a house renovation. We are halfway into our timeline and things have been moving along smoothly. Our questions are answered almost immediately and the communication is open and clear. We are able to check in with ease and if something changes or needs a change as we move through each step, it's quickly brought to our attention and addressed. Will offer another update once our remodel is completed but if you're shopping around for a general contractor, be it for a small remodel or a whole home remodel (like me) or even to build your dream home, look no further. I'm so grateful for the positive experience thus far as I have never done any remodel and have learned a lot with Memar guiding me every step of the way.“

“Highly highly recommended! We replaced the entire first floor with engineering hardwood last November, and we trust this family- own company. Prices (for both hardwood and install) are very reasonable. We found Slater Hardwood from Yelp, and it was a great experience from selecting the hardwood to installation. Brian is very patient and customer oriented while we were selecting the hardwood. Brian's dad, Blake, runs Cooper Flooring who does the installation. From the get-go, I found that Blake not only knows the construction codes of many houses in the area, he also has years of experience dealing with complicated situations when installing hardware. His team was very effective taking out the floor tiles, flatten the ground and completed the install beautifully. You can tell they have done the hardwood install projects many many times. “Eddie and his team did an outstanding job on our bathroom remodel. Their quote was very competitive and they stuck to our budget, with no hidden costs. All of the workers were very friendly and punctual , we never had a incident of them being late or worse not showing up at all. While the quality of their work is very good there was some quality issue that we needed addressed. This to me was one the best qualities of Elegant construction, when we communicated our concerns Eddie didn't make excuses or make us feel uncomfortable about communicating our concerns , he just said " I'll send someone out to fix it" which he did almost immediately. And lastly before we made our final payment he personally came to inspect the job and asked if we were satisfied and if there was anything that needed to be addressed before we made our final payment. At the end of the day Eddie told me what they were going to do and did what he said he would do, to me that's all you can ask for from a contractor. I highly recommend Elegant Construction.“

“My wife had originally gone to see Lance Carlson at AAA Kitchen & Bath Remodel for a quote on a bath remodel about 2 years ago. Our bath was small and narrow and it definitely needed work. After her meeting with Lance and getting his quote, which I thought was too high, the project was put on hold until I gave her the ok 2 years later to remodel the bathroom. She had 5 different contractors out, She and I were sure we could get the bathroom done the way we wanted it for much less than Lance's quote. It took us 3 months of her making appointments with contractors, visiting showrooms, getting information on line; she obtained cheap quotes, medium quotes, high quotes and more quotes, quotes, quotes. We were overwhelmed, dizzy with ideas and images we could not put together. We knew what we wanted but just were not being shown the materials that wowed us, nor did we meet the people we wanted to work with. Finally out of frustration we took Lance's proposal out that we had in our bath remodel file and I told my wife to visit Lance again because after all the months of pricing materials and dealing with contractors, we both realized Lance's quote was right in the ball park. So my wife made an appointment with Lance and when she walked into his showroom she saw the tile and other materials we had been searching for. From that moment on, it just got better and better. The ideas and materials Lance showed her exceeded the WOW meter. I joined my wife for the next appointment and was just as impressed and excited as she was after seeing the design Lance had come up with. So after 2 years of waiting and 5 contractors later our wishes came true. Not only is Lance a design genius, he is very easy to deal with and has a calm, pleasant, temperament. Hopefully in May of this year we will begin work on our kitchen and cannot wait to see what gems Lance will come up with. Our bathroom is stunning if I do say so myself. Thank you Lance!“

“My family and I will always be grateful to the whole team at Oricon for giving us our dream kitchen remodel. The search for the right contractor was overwhelming and after interviewing at least a handful of contractors, my hubby and I narrowed it down to Oricon and another. It was a tough decision but what made us go with Oricon was the detailed questioning we received from Travis during his visit. He asked us about all sorts of details that the other guys did not. Plus it was just one of the intangible feelings. Anyhow, like all contractors and vendors during the pandemic, Oricon is backed up so we had to wait but it was well worth the wait. Some things we appreciated about the Oricon team: 1) great communication (whether it was phone, email, text or in person) was consistent. We asked a ton of questions and despite how busy they are, they always maintained constant communication with us. We received regular status updates on the work completed, work that was left to be done and of course the balance statements. We had a few issues that had to be resolved asap and we were impressed that Travis was on top of it with the options and his recommendation despite their many projects going on simultaneously. 2) workmanship- their expertise and professionalism were critical. Even though we didn't see the planning that went on behind the scenes, it was clearly evident that a substantial amount of planning went into the design and install. And like any project, not everything went as planned but we were never nervous since Steve, Travis and team always knew how to remedy the situation and were not satisfied unless we were happy with the end result. Oricon definitely stands behind their work and you definitely get what you pay for. We went from a dark, tiny corner kitchen that was not functional to the a bigger, brighter, and functional kitchen that we typically 'ooh and ahhh' at on pinterest (see photos) =). Many, MANY thanks to Travis, Steve, Briana, Victoria and the whole staff! we know who we're calling when it's time to fix the ugly bathroom :D.“
