I was looking around for electrolysis to prep for surgery and Natsuko was one the person I had contacted from the many other businesses. She was very responsive and answered all of my questions. During treatment she is gentle and patient with you IF there is any discomfort. She will work with you so you can get the most out of your session. Compared to other locations Natsuko’s prices are pretty competitive and she is upfront with her pricing, never trying to upsell you on anything you don’t need. If you are lucky enough to have electrolysis a covered benefit under your insurance plan, she will work with you to provide receipts for reimbursement. Natsuko really is a hidden gem in Tustin. Parking and location is easy to find, and there are many shops and eateries around to stop by before or after your appointments.“
