They have a great staff here that is very helpful and knowledgeable. They are very positive and it helps lead to a good experience. They are upfront and honest about your insurance coverage and provide good clarity with coverage.
Dr. Broady and her staff are real pros. I've been going to Dr. Broady for years, but went to another provider with my new insurance during COVID. I have to say that I'm so happy to be back in her care. She knows my history, cares, explains elements of care very well and is truly concerned about her patients well-being. I would highly recommend Dr Broady to anyone seeking a comprehensive eye exam complete with an easy to understand explanation of each test. Their office also has a wonderful selection of frames to choose from as well as excellent customer service.
I recently took my 3 year old in for a possible eye infection. Dr. Elson was amazing. He also saw her for her first eye exam a year and a half ago and blew my mind with how extremely patient he is with kids and getting their attention! I definitely recommend!
