After a quote that was astronomically ridiculous for the tiny patio connected to my condo, I contacted Victor Belman, after reading the positive reviews. He immediately scheduled an appointment for the next day, when he and his son measured all, gave some ideas of what could be done, and then gave the quote. The first quote for the same space was $13K higher, so I had a feeling I was going to be working with someone very fair, and professional. Less than 24 hours later, his trustworthy and experienced team arrived and started to remove the low quality artificial grass, pea gravel spread throughout, and the concrete base beneath all. That was the first day. All of the items removed were taken, hence there was no mess. The second day, they brilliantly finalized preparation to lay the beautiful large new slate stones, and had all complete, including drainage and special in-ground lighting, by the end of the day.
