Specialties. History Established in 1992. In brief, America Driving School was licensed by the Department of Motor Vehicles or (DMV) and opened it's doors for business on or around October 15, 1992. We originally opened in Downtown Santa Ana and later relocated in the quaint and tranquil city of Tustin (The City of Trees) near "Old Town Tustin" in June of 1995.
