Taking my business elsewhere because as I was parking an employee assumed I was parking in their parking lot to go across the street and decided to confront me. Bad service before I even walked in.

The friendly staff at Western Valley welcomed my brother and I in to discuss setting up insurance for our farming and some personal needs. The experience was so nice, calm, and relaxed I felt more at ease and able to pay attention to what option would best suit our needs. We had many questions and all were answered to our complete satisfaction. I can't recommend this place enough and furthermore I was recommended to this place by a couple of co workers who would write reviews much like mine. Such great people and attentive. Truly a pleasure to work with them
