No one answers the phone. My mother was never given a courtesy call that her appointment was rescheduled. They rescheduled her twice. She missed worked due to her thinking she had an appointment and her being rescheduled without her knowledge. They never sent her prescription to her pharmacy. I do not recommend.
Unprofessional! They made me leave my job early twice to go to an appointment they had cancel or reschedule without notice. They refused to get my treatment done within a few appointments and instead extended them throughout a year to get more money from my insurance. My mom has a different insurance than me and they allowed her to get the same treatment done in 2 appointments. Not to mention that my mom's issue is more severe than mine. After a year , they still scheduling appointments for me after I told them I didn't want to continue with treatment. They called my mom in regard my treatment multiple times and she told them the same thing but they still scheduling me as today. Not one but up to 3 appointments in a day , crazy. Not to mention that after an ultrasound to see the progress of my treatment they told I didn't need to continue with my treatments because I didn't have any issues with my veins. My veins still popping out and hurting but refused to continue with treatment, retracted weeks later and not they scheduled me 3 appointments on a day, not requested that I need to cancel. They are there for the money not to help people. It is a red flag right away to hear how great is their service on a recording meanwhile you wait for someone to answer your call. This reviews is what actually talk , not a fake recording.

No more aching or throbbing, still some swelling, but I made also made it a point to have my legs checked and treated before they got worse. Some patients start going here in worse off condition and are in more pain so I sympathize for them about the wait and some of the staff experience, but overall this place is always busy because the doctor is a "specialist" and does their job amazingly well and I would highly recommend them to friends and family. I've had way...read full review
