My husband had a mini procedure that we've been waiting on for a while now and we're excited to finally get it done with. Horrible wait time. We checked in at 12:20 for a 12:30pm appointment. My husband checked the front desk 40 mins after we checked in and said they were getting a room for us. I followed up at the 1 hour mark and then said they will check with the doctor to see how much longer or if she'll be able to see him today. Then we finally get called in to a room and still had to wait in the room for over 20 minutes before the doctor even came in. As we waited, we can clearly hear hallway conversations from the doctors and constant chatting when we've been waiting so long. I understand the busyness of a clinic however if you are behind and not able to see a patient 30 minutes pass their appointment time, atleast have the courtesy to notify us of the extended time. We had to take time out of our day to get to this appointment and had to be out of the appointment to pick up our kids from school as well. Never have I ever had such horrible and long wait time at any medical facility. If we didn't need this procedure done, we would've left and rescheduled for another time or find another provider. Ridiculous!
I met him over a year ago after a congested Heart Failure issue I went through. He wasn't my first cardiologist DR, I didn't agree or like my 1st doctor and searched for a new 1 and found Dr. Dagher. I love this guy! He's straight to the point, His explanations are great and he's got a good sense of Humor. His staff is awesome as well. Totally recommend this Guy!
I ended up having a great experience at this location. I had spent several days terrified over some ekg readings. Nothing worse than spending days wondering if you will see your son drive his first car, or graduate from high school. It made me really get inside of my head, but it also helped me reprioritize the things that matter the most in life, and to always rely on faith, hope, and love. After explaining my concerns to the front office manager, she was very understanding and found a way to get me in right away to ease my worries. Dr. Nazari is very compassionate, and understanding. This visit was truly a reminder of the gift of life. It was my birthday and thankfully by Gods grace I received a clean bill of health. I received the go ahead to live my best life. I'm excited to get on that plane and go on our next big adventure in Maui soon. Please know from the bottom of my heart, that you guys made a difference in my life on my 40th Birthday.
