“We purchased a JKB Home at Sterling Ranch located in Denair in December 2006. This is a great community with decent sized lots, a nice community park, and still just minutes from Turlock. We have been more than pleased with the condition of our home. In the year and half of living there we have only had one small warranty issue which was handled promptly and effectively. The community is still under construction, but JKB keeps the roads clean and their lots tidy and looking presentable. I would definitely recommend a home in this neighborhood.“
