Friendly and welcoming are so important in a gym that is so interactive. R6 coaches are amazing trainers. There is a good balance in the workouts with cardio and strength training. It's an amazing gym.
Coach Isabel was awesome she made sure I kept proper form as to not injure myself while still making sure I pushed myself to complete each round. She answered many questions I had about the workouts that helped me progress and reach my health and fitness goals. Thank you Coach Isabel see you at 9am class
R6 Coaches always gives clear instructions with demos, and suggests modifications as needed. They keep their eyes on everyone in class and coach to each athlete’s ability as often as they can. Today’s class was so fun!
