I have been using petco grooming for almost 3 years now and it has never been anything but pleasant. Sam is my go-to. She is absolutely amazing and she is thorough with my dog, plus I see that she treats my fur baby the way I treat her and I feel comfortable and confident when I leave. There is great communication from the store reminding me about my appointments and when my dog is ready to be picked up I get a personal call. Recently my go-to groomer (Sam) was out when I wanted my dog groomed and I went with another groomer, Ray. He was very friendly, and very professional. I knew right away I could trust him with my dog just the way I trust Sam. He did a great job! I am so thankful to petco and their grooming team for taking care of my baby girl!!“
