Our AC wasn’t running properly I texted them and they responded promptly and scheduled it for the next morning. They came out and did a complete diagnosis and it just needed a cleaning they were very professional and knowledge and didn’t try to upsell me on anything that wasn’t needed. Would 100% recommend them for all your heating and air needs!
We went with Mel’s Heating and Air by recommendation about 2 years ago. Then when a freak malfunction occurred with the new AC unit two weeks ago and melted all the wires, we called the number on the thermostat. Within minutes, we received a text back even though Noel (the owner) was at a graduation. The next day, Noel came out, inspected the unit and got to work on replacing it right away. He even worked around our being out of town schedule. Definitely felt in good hands with Mel’s from day one. Would highly recommend Noel and his team for all AC needs. Professional, polite, and honest-adjectives that would describe this company. Great team.
