Kevin Jordan Heating and Air Services is incredible. Our compressor on our unit went out and they replaced it the next day! Taylor in the office was so friendly and helpful. Kevin is amazing, his work is impeccable. We've have been using him and will continue to use him for all our heating and AC needs. Thank you Kevin.
Great quality of work, I liked how they were efficient and clean during the whole process. In fact, they installed my ac when my house was built and still gave a great price compared to others. In all, great experience
Thanks to Kevin Jordan and company who bailed us out and fixed a real nightmare created by a previous Big Name Heating a Air-conditioning Company. That Company had a real monopoly going here in our community until residents got upset and started passing the word around of their bad practices. Sadly we were the second owners and hadn't got the word yet! That company had put a locking device on our Air conditioner that prevented any company but them to service it, and would not cooperate with anyone to remove or advise a way to take it off. Furthermore no one in the industry had heard of that device or had any knowledge how to get it removed. Kevin Jordan spent a relentless amount of time and removed it as well discovering there were miss match parts that had been installed that failed on our unit by that same company. We were not charged for all the headaches it took to get us up and running, plus we were given extra service that they didn't have to because I had just had surgery. Sadly there aren't enough stars to give Kevin Jordan Heating and Air. So if you are dealing with the Company that created our nightmare, their name is Beutler and are in the Sacramento area, good luck!!
