I can a bunch of times to get a copy of the receipt when they installed our unit and never got a copy. Unit is noisy. Then I called a bunch of times to have unit serviced and they never return calls or answer the phone.

The price was good, The 2 gentlemen who in stalled the units didn't wear face masksAnd didn't practice good sanitation efforts during the pandemic. Furthermore they never had our permission to remove the heating wall units and took those and we had to get them back.They left a mess that we had to clean up after they left, They didn't put the crawl space covering back and they did a terrible floating and texting job on the sheet rock. They did such a terrible job that Kevin had to have a different guy come out and finished the wall.

I can't thank Kevin enough for making my 82 year old mother a priority in getting her AC fixed and this isn't the first time. He is professional and his pricing is more than fair. I wish I could give him 10 stars.
