The best part about selling our home and moving across the country was our realtor, Andrew Bothe.Andrew is a very personable realtor who conducts himself with the utmost sincerity and professionalism. If we had to sell again, we'd choose him over and over. Throughout the process of selling our home he informed us of all the steps, told us what we might expect, and made sure that all of our questions were answered. If Andrew did not know the answer to one of our questions, he would humbly let us know that he'd have to get back to us, and then sometimes within minutes, or the very next morning at the latest, he would have a thorough and specific answer for us.... read full review

While I am still waiting for my deposit return, I did receive a call from Tim at RPM. I finally e-mailed him and Scott after I received an e-mail from Karen stating that she hadn't checked her e-mail for several days now but after Kalen let her know I called she checked her e-mail. Long story short, the call felt like he read my review right before he called me and was fired up. I get it, my review isn't nice. It's not meant to be, its about my experience with his staff. He came at me guns blazing stating I lied in my online review. I asked him where and he said I lied about the fee I paid to apply. Scam artists! We visited an open house in Ceres and explained to the realtor that we do not have good credit and didn't want to waste our money ($90) if credit would be a problem. We were reasurred that it wouldn't be a priblem, that"If we only rented to people with good credit we would never rent anything". Took the time to complete our applications and pay the fees. Rejected within an hour of submission. Why? LOW CREDIT! They just want your money and will say anything to get it. Very dishonest. Look elsewhere.
