This company did the landscaping and irrigation for the house I bought last year. Sadly, it was a DR Horton home. I've come to realize that any company working with this builder operates on a strict “bare minimum” policy.

Last year, I had a water leak on a PVC irrigation pipe that magically disassembled itself at an elbow connection. Maybe there was no glue or primer, or maybe it was held together by sheer willpower. Since I dug up the surrounding landscape to find the problem, the builder denied my claim to fix it. Apparently, my detective work was too much for them to handle.

They apparently like to make appointments they have no intention on showing up for. Also don't trust their irrigation work, they tend to come apart, leak or overspray significantly.

Do not use this company. They installed a rain water drain system and was not installed correctly. No workmanship. Use a different company.They connected two different size pvc pipes without transition and just shoved it in there, left a hole and dirt clogged it so I had to redig it out and fix it myself.
