“So, I'm out doing yardwork and I notice a pool of water by the water heater closet. That can't be good. I open the closet door and see water pouring from the bottom of the water heater. It's late Friday afternoon. I personally don't want to call out a plumber after hours/weekend rates. I can shower at the gym and eat fast food. No hot water? It's just an inconvenience. My wife thought otherwise. She called around and got Kirk and his helper from The Plumbing Company to come out Saturday morning. Within hours we had a brand new water heater installed. "Why didn't you install it yourself?" - There are 3 things I don't mess with: 1) electricity, 2) natural gas, and 3) water. And with a water heater, I don't want to mess with a natural gas or water leak. Leave it to the professionals.“

They do not cut corners and follow the laws.The second reason is due to the review below me involving a chipped windshield. Mostly reviewing because of that person. It's not their fault one of their trucks threw up a rock. Welcome to the real world and why you don't tailgate construction vechiles. Most of my chipped windshields come from semi trucks and I learned to stay far away. It's an accident they can't control“
