Your tech came and inspected the problem, which was when the new unit was installed it was installed in a way that made it impossible to change the air filter. John worked on it making the necessary adjustments so the filter can be changed. Still a little tight but anything else would have been a lot more difficult. John had the patients to make the adjustments. Thanks John. I received a call from the manager of the company which for me is a very good sign that Northwind Heating and Air is an exceptional company. If your looking for good HVAC equipment and a company that cares I recommend you give them a call.
