GOLDEN STATE TAX SERVICE IS AN AMAZING COMPANY. THEY KNOW WHAT THERE DOING AND THEY HAVE ANSWERS FOR YOU WHEN ASKING QUESTIONS AND IF AT THAT MOMENT THEY DONT HAVE AN ANSWER. THEY WILL GET IT. AS FAR AS CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DO THE BEST THAT THEY CAN MY SUGGESTION WOULD BE TO HIRE TWO PEOPLE TO HELP WITH PHONES AND DIRECT CALLS ACCORDINGLY. YOU GUYS ROCK??

My husband and I wanted to make sure that I did our taxes correctly and a friend received Golden State Tax Services. I did do them correctly but we still decided to have them file our taxes. We were in & out in 30 minutes. Arthur really did a great job. I would recommend this company for your taxes.

For those of you saying that they have attitude imagine all the phone calls they get because of the government lagging on returns it's not their fault I've been going to them for a few years now and I've never had a problem they really Thorough An informative As a matter of fact I'm going to go do my taxes today Just needed to wait for an unemployment 1099 And just don't be so sensitive people tax agents deal with alot.
