Had my AC back up and running after quote approval and part ordering which all only took a couple of days. fast prompt service. staff and techs are very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend to anyone for their HVAC needs.
We had our A/C stop running in the middle of a terrible heat wave in July. We tried calling multiple places and De Ochoa was the only company that would come out same day. They noticed that we have a newborn and rushed replacing our broken motor because of him. We are so thankful! Carlos was polite and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using this company for all of our HVAC needs in the future!
Contacted them on a Sunday via the website message, received a call first thing Monday morning and I was added to an appointment the following day,but she told me if they had a cancelation or a time that they could fit me in,she would let me know. I waited and mid afternoon I was being helped and the fixed the problem.
The communication and service was simply amazing. She called and kept me updated during this process. The service tech was great as well.
