“Clean, not too crowded, and the employees are always nice. If you haven't been to a Korean spa, there is a female and male locker and shower area complete with a sauna, steam room, warm and cold bath. They also have treatments (I would recommend the scrub, you'll be as smooth as a baby!) Upstairs is the coed area, which has multiple rooms of different temperatures and benefits as well as a restaurant. In the multiple times I've gone, I've had good experiences and have left feeling refreshed and verrryyyy clean. My only gripe is that they don't have online booking for treatments (you request an appointment and they call you), the restaurant is a little pricey (but still delicious), and there really isn't enforcement of quiet rules, so other customers can sometimes talk waaayyy too loud. Also, one of their masseuses called me fat once (but if you grew up Asian you know that's just part of the game)“
