Bob Gripp is the only person we call when we have a plumbing problem. He responds promptly and always has solutions to our problems. Recently we were distressed to discover that rainwater from a neighbor’s yard was flooding a pathway on our property so badly that water had seeped into a room in our house. Not only did Bob have the solution to our problem, he assembled a crew, including his assistant Caesar, to grade the pathway, install a pump that will remove any excess water in the future, repair the water damage inside our home, and repaint the room. We've hired Bob Gripp twice now, once to convert our fireplace to gas, and then to fix the hot water in our shower. Both times he was super responsive, friendly, and got the job done in less time and for less money than he'd quoted us. We'll definitely use him again!
