“Dr. Amir is amazing! His team is just as wonderful too. I've had traditional metal braces done and Invisalign twice done before seeing him. “I've experienced fabulous care here. All of the hygienists are so nice and thorough. They are willing to answer any and all questions you have. I swear I feel like every time I come to get my teeth cleaned I leave feeling like my teeth are the cleanest they have ever been. Calling and making an appointment is always really easy and I appreciate the reminder texts and calls. The office has a parking lot which is a plus and is easy to find inside the building. The waiting room is roomy and tidy. I didn't end up having to wait too long for my appointment which I appreciated. Staff at the front was very friendly as well. “EDIT - I really feel like the staff worked hard to make up for our negative experience and in the end we had a positive experience. We were charged through our insurance as we originally wanted and the cost was reasonable for high quality dental work for both me and my husband. They also offer perks for referrals and have a good, family atmosphere. In general, I would definitely recommend this dentist so long as you make doubly sure they are going through your insurance if that is what you want. -- I'm going with two stars because the teeth cleaning service was very good. But I strongly suspect many of these most recent reviews are solicited at checkout after the positive experience with the cleaning and before problems arise. I was happy with my cleaning and scheduled a follow up for fillings - even though I wasn't given a write up of exactly what they'd be doing at my next appointment along with how much that would cost with my insurance, I was assured that I would be. I had no problem believing that because it's industry standard. Based on my husband's experience yesterday, I see that was likely a lie. In his experience, they will take any opportunity to charge you without sufficiently explaining what procedure it is even for, pressure people into pre-payment and then refuse to explain what it's for, refuse to provide any documentation of recommended/half-payed-for procedures, make you sign documentation in the office but refuse to provide any copies of it or even explain what those documents say - and then talk to you like you're insane for asking for any of that. I would be very careful about going here, especially if you don't have a ton of experience going to dentists and might be freaked out or scared enough to think this TOTALLY SCAMMY behavior is at all normal. It's not. When the woman on the phone implied my husband was stupid because he was afraid of dental work and just wanted to sign whatever and get out of there - a very normal phobia to have, plenty of people are freaked out by the dentist - that was the icing on the cake. You shouldn't have to forcefully advocate for yourself just to receive basic respect. Awful experience and a real day-ruiner. I really advise folks not to make the same mistake my husband and I did.“

“This is the best dental place I could have ever visited! I am severely afraid of any dental procedures, and could never feel comfortable enough to come back to the same doctor! Dr. James changed my life last year and this year he proved himself once more! My wisdom tooth was extracted in less than 20 min and I was on my way. I didn't feel a thing and had to double check with the doctor if for sure my tooth was gone because I didn't even realize when and how it happened! Dr. James is very attentive, understanding and caring doctor! GOD BLESS HIS HANDS! Girls by the front desk are very kind, helpful and just amazing to deal with, no hustle or miscommunication! “Amazing doctor and amazing person. Opened his clinic on Sunday for me due to extreme pain. He did all the prep, CT xrays etc without me have to wait a minute in between. Did extraction that were painless and just did an amazing job. 2 hours since the moment I stepped in the clinic and I was on my way home. Recommend this dentist from the buttom of my heart.
