Instead of trying to sell me a new roof, he discovered that the leaks were due to other parts of the roof (exposed exterior beams, chimney flashing in disrepair). Unlike other GCs who required me to work with separate architects and designers, Jonathan handled the design, drafting, and permits all in-house, which saved me a lot of time and streamlined the process. His estimated timeline for construction was also the shortest, while still offering a competitive price.

Throughout the construction, there were no delays. Jonathan adhered to the timeline and completed the project as promised. I never experienced long periods of inactivity, which is rare based on my past experiences with prior renovations. His communication was outstanding—he was always responsive and available via text and email, which made the process so much smoother.

“I was highly skeptical of hiring any company for our remodel. I did speak with a few other companies before going with PHR but I have to say PHR was 100% the right choice. Jeff T our contractor was above and beyond my expectations. Great communication, work was completed before the expected completion date and work was great. Jeff was in constant communication during the whole project and he was the reason we chose PHR. We had 3 bathrooms completely remodeled, AC unit installed in master bedroom, paint, carpet, bathroom vents added in master bath, added electrical outlets in master bath, and with all of this the guys laid covering on the floors everyday to not get anything on the floors and carpet.
