John Clausen installed a heating unit under out home 12 years ago.. we have hired a licensed Rowland Air to reoace it..John did not vent our heater..He made it looked like it was vented..the entire time it was venting under our home..he could have killed our entire family..He should be in jail..DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY…Service: Heating system repair

I called Robert Friday September 9th about the problem I was having with my heating and air conditioning in my office building. When I told him about the problem I've, been having, he immediately said it is your capacitors that need to be replaced. I thought he was knowledgeable. He came over and he alleged that he replaced the capacitors and the system should be working now. On Sunday, I went to check the units to see if the AC was working properly. To my surprise and disappointment, the AC was blowing warm air instead of cold air. I immediately called Robert and told him about the problem. He said he would be there Monday between 1 and 3 pm. On Monday around 12:30, I called to ask him if he could give me a shorter time window. He then started yelling at me that I ALREADY TOLD YOU BETWEEN 1 to 3! At that point, I went to the property and texted him that I was there waiting for him. He never responded and he never showed up. What a shame! He's incompetent and unreliable. How can you possibly diagnose a problem over the phone without thorough inspection? Interestingly enough, I did contact another technician that was there a few days before and he told me he had already checked all the capacitors and they were all working fine and did not need to be replaced. What a scam artist! His license should be revoked! While the business has been around a long time, it was run by his father who is no longer involved and is retired as I was told by Robert.

My heater stopped working January 2022, even though Rob Clausen fixed it in 2021. By the way, it took him four visits. I should've figured it out then...He showed up today, took my air duct filter apart in my house and left it unassembled in my hallway. He spent an hour on the roof where the unit is and left without saying a word. I had to call and text many times before Rob would answer and he said "It's fixed" I said "no, it won't come on" He said then maybe you should call someone else" and hung up on me. If it was fixed don't you think he would've asked for payment? And to leave my filter out and open? WTF? Rob Clausen is so very rude and completely unprofessional. Beware of this complete idiot. Mind you, I only say that after using his service 6 or 7 times. My bad! Fool me once... fool me twice and I let it happen again. Beware consumers! He's not so knowledgeable when it comes to hvac.
