Excellent communication, scheduling and service. The team worked really awesome together, got all done in a very timely manner and cleaned everything up. Made sure all the windows and roof were safe then did an amazing job removing a 3 story tall tree and completing a couple other cuttings needed. Went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend.
This review is long overdue. My husband and I have been utilizing Anderson Tree for 15+ years. Colette, Randy and the whole team are great to work with and very professional. They are highly knowledgeable in tree management, knowing the appropriate time of year to prune different types of trees, and take care to ensure the health and longevity of each tree. Pricing is fair and they always leave our properties clean. We highly recommend!
Collette was great on the phone and Randy was available to give us a quote quickly, which was very helpful as we needed the work done to be in FD compliance. Their price was competitive and although marginally more than the others we decided to go with them... and what great decision that was. They turned up on time both days, worked non stop (apart from lunch obviously) in 90f heat and did more than we'd discussed. They didn't cut corners and did a superb job from start to finish. They were very focused on avoiding property damage, protecting my koi pond and protecting everyone from harm. THEN came the icing on the cake. The clean up. They left the place looking spotless, substantially better than when they came. The place looks amazing and we'll get them back in the winter to do the trees that need to wait until dormancy. I'd recommend Randy and Anderson to anyone in a heartbeat.
