Ryan and his team at Whiteface did a kitchen remodel and a master bathroom remodel for us. The work was completed on time and according to the initial schedule that they provided (after we asked for it) with only minor adjustments along the way. The quality of service was excellent, his team was courteous, friendly, and professional. The workmanship was great, they took the time for the details and they got them right. We got three bids for this work, and Whiteface was competitive pricewise with the other two proposals. We're very satisfied with the results - love the updated kitchen and bathroom. This was the first remodel that we've done and we've got other work to do on the house, and we'll go with Whiteface again next time.

We first met Ryan last fall when we were exploring converting an unfinished area over the garage to a In-law unit. After meeting with him we never looked for another contractor. Throughout the process of construction (4 months) everything was a pleasure. All work was top rate; if there was something that was needed that I noticed he fixed it IMMEDIATELY!We actually miss having Ryan, Eric, Sergio, and the rest of the crew coming around everyday.

Ryan and his very talented,hardworking, and skilled carpenters did an amazing job on our remodel. From the quality of work to staying on budget to keeping me informed during the entire project, the WhiteFace Builders were on it. We recently moved to Truckee and discovered there's a saying up here, it's called, "Truckee Time." Which basically means that people here often operate on their own time schedule and won't always show up on time. This was NOT the case with Ryan and his crew. They arrived early to work every day of the job. I would highly recommend WhiteFace Builders for you next remodel or build.
