I have only had pleasant encounters with friendly, helpful staff. The waiting areas are nice and comfortable. The restrooms are always clean. There is also a drinking fountain inside.

Tahoe Forest overall is a great hospital. The ER has done amazing things for us as well as the Obgyn. Unfortunately pediatrics leaves a lot to be desired. We have had a couple scares with our newborn and attempted to get advice from any doctor there and they did not return our calls. Twice! They can be a bit rude at the front desk as well and won’t help out with anything beyond routine care. It’s really not that hard to be a warm and empathetic person, particularly when working with cute little babies. We’ve had much better results in Reno and of course, Stanford.
